Internship Details

• Location: Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
• Allowance: RM 800 per month

Care Delivery Internship Goal

• Provide day-to-day support for coaching operations.
• Generate and update member lists for coaches (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Track coach SLAs and send reminders or follow-ups when needed.
• Send out-of-office messages and assist with leave coverage tasks.
• Pull simple reports and flag basic tech/platform issues.
• Assist with small content tasks (e.g., lesson descriptions) and general admin.
