We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Full-Time Live-In Caregiver/Auxilliary Nurse to join our team at a residential facility supporting adults with Autism, based in Randburg, Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, nurturing in approach, and committed to creating a structured, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals with diverse support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents
• Assist with routines including hygiene, meals, medication supervision, and activities
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
• Promote independence and dignity at all times
• Maintain accurate daily records and incident reports
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
