An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living at our Brook House Care Home (Residential) in Cambridge.

Brook House is a small, friendly 35-bed care home with a bright, welcoming setting, offering respite, long-term residential and end of life care. They pride themselves on making the people who live there feel special through putting their care and needs at the heart of everything they do.

The home is currently rated 'GOOD' in all KLOE's by CQC and is part of the Excelcare portfolio - a privately owned care home group established for over 35 years.

• Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
