Care Liaison (VETA / VA)

Central Victoria Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Care Liaison to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a key support role across the entire hospital. This is an administrative role with a special emphasis on communication between our medical team and clients, as well as among medical teams in our hospital when patients are receiving care across multiple services.

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, possess good computer skills (or a willingness to learn), a love of pets and their people, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with cash handling would be considered an asset as well as excellent customer service skills.

Schedule: This position is full-time. Shifts may include daytime, evening and weekend work (including some holidays). We are open 7 days per week.
