About the Role We are seeking a experienced Care Manager (Clinical) to join a Residential Aged Care Facility in Rockhampton. Following a period of transition, this facility is now focused on clinical stability, quality excellence, and workforce engagement.
Reporting to a stable and experienced General Manager, you will serve as the Leader of Teams, overseeing all clinical functions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Mentor and coach a dedicated team of care staff to promote a compassionate and innovative culture.
Governance & Standards: Ensure all care delivery meets the New Aged Care Act and the Strengthened Quality Standards.
Quality Management: Maintain oversight of NQIP, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Input: Collaborate with the Service Manager on budgets, rosters, and AN-ACC optimization.
