HomeWell Care Services is looking for a CARE MANAGER
Summary: Responsible for care management and recruiting objectives to ensure continued quality of care and compassion to clients and employees. Knowledge of healthcare or home care with solid computer skills (Microsoft office) are a plus. This is a part-time position to begin with that will grow into full time soon. Must be well spoken, professional, and organized.
Responsibilities
Manage recruiting and interviewing of caregivers.
Lead and manage caregiver orientation, including updates to program as needed.
Diligently maintain detailed reports, complete data entry.
Be responsible for sharing agency after-hours calls as needed.
Complete assessments, develop and implement detailed written care plans.
