We require an exceptional CareManager who will assist in growing and managing a team of motivated, compassionate Carers in your assigned area. You will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre.

As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to oversee and assist in providing high quality care to vulnerable people.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure efficient and effective management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Platinum Support Office.
