Main duties of the job

The Care Supervisor will be responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. They will promote and deliver high-quality person‑centred care to the residents, closely monitor and report on their daily progress, and provide ongoing support to the residents, their families, and the Care Services team.
