Care Support Worker

We are looking for someone who is willing supports service users with daily activities to help them live as independently as possible.
* Engage in supporting to promote independance and provide assistance at home with personal care, some house chores and to escort to Activity centres for further involvement into the community.
* Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.
* Providing practical support for individuals and their families, such as helping with household tasks, personal care and paperwork.
* Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication.
* Supporting them to pursue hobbies and interests.
* Supporting the learning of new skills
