JOB SUMMARY CARE is a leading humanitarian and development organization fighting global poverty and providing lifesaving assistance in emergencies. We place special focus on working alongside women and girls because, equipped with the proper resources, they have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. CARE is undergoing significant transformation across a number of core business processes, systems, and structures, through the implementation of a number of initiatives that will help drive CARE’s new 5-year stratgey being launched in 2025. The delivery of effective training will be a critical part of delivering these strategic initiatives across CARE’s 50 business units and several thousand staff around the world.
