Job Description

In this role, you will recruit candidates across engineering functions and work closely with the RGF client advisor team to provide HR solutions to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships among candidates by strategically controlling your actions to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system - Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and other sources.
- Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. - Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their career, by providing the job market tendency and information. - Share the full information of the candidates with the Recruiting Consultant team and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
- Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
