Hiring: Career Advisor (Sales-Driven Coaching)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to guide OPT/STEM OPT and international graduates in their career journey across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one career guidance sessions
- Support candidates with job search strategies and career planning
- Guide students on OPT/STEM OPT, H1-B sponsorship, and visa-related job search processes
- Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation
- Convert consultations into successful service enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets

Requirements:

- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Knowledge of OPT/STEM OPT and international student career processes
- Sales or career counseling experience preferred
- Goal-oriented and confident in client interaction
