Job Responsibilities:
Industry Outreach & Partnerships:
Scout and engage companies to establish hiring or internship opportunities for graduates.
Build and manage strong partnerships with employers across industries.
Negotiate internship agreements and facilitate employer engagement opportunities.

Career Support & Guidance:
Provide one-on-one career counselling to help mid-career individuals make informed decisions about upskilling, job transitions, or entrepreneurship.
Identify and match students to suitable jobs posted on Tembusu Institute’s job portal and external platforms.
Support students in career planning, resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
