We're looking for a Career Development Coordinator
to manage the training, certification, and career progression of seafarers under WIMAS Career Development programs. In this role, you'll make sure our crew are
trained, compliant, and deployment-ready
, while aligning their career paths with client and shipping company requirements.
You'll work closely with
seafarers, shipping principals, manning partners, and training centers
, acting as the key link that keeps careers moving forward.
