In this role, you will:

Career guidance and counselling

1. Offer individual career guidance and counselling to students across all year levels, using a range of appropriate tools and techniques

2. Meet the vocational and tertiary information needs of students, and assist with applications for scholarships, tertiary institutions, jobs, and exchanges

3. Plan and deliver career development programmes throughout the school from Years 7–13

4. Plan and deliver targeted workshops and specific career events

Promotion and awareness

1. Raise the profile of careers throughout the school and wider community

2. Provide information at year level assemblies and assist at the Options Information Evening

3. Assist in organising presentations by liaison officers and career speakers
