Career Development Specialist

Job Summary

This position supports UBC Okanagan students to become career ready graduates. This position will use career development theories and ethics, modalities, principles, and tools to enhance career development, and connect students to career building opportunities both within and beyond the University. This position develops, delivers and evaluates in-person and web based career development and work search programs, events, workshops and resources for UBC students and alumni. Develops and maintains relationships with campus partners, including UBC faculty, Student Development, International Programs, Aboriginal Programs, Health & Wellness, Accessibility, Enrolment Services, and student organizations to design, deliver and evaluate customized workshops, events, programs and resources.
