Welcome to AWWG’s International Internship & Graduate program: an opportunity to have a full assignment and start building a career through your first working experience. 

Start today building your 3-year career path within the multinational group behind brands such as Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Façonnable and the Iberia brand agency for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Here is the structure:


  • This one-year internship & graduate program is just the first step to learning about the fashion industry and what it is like to work within it.

  • If your internship is successful you will have the chance to become a part of the group full-time as a Young Talent, with a permanent contract and an increase of responsibilities.

  • Eventually, after these two years, you will be promoted and become a Specialist to be a core member of the team.
