Overview

As an Associate for Career Support, you will play a key role in assisting job seekers and driving successful job placements through the Jobley portal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on performance targets and initiatives designed to support job seekers.
• Advocate for and assist job seekers in their employment journey.
• Help candidates locate suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
• Review, refine, and improve candidate resumes to enhance job matching success.
• Facilitate interview logistics and preparation for candidates.
• Communicate with job seekers and employers via phone calls, emails, and SMS .
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and employers.
