Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Help with medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
