About the role:

This position is based at our 85-bed facility in Albany, where you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.
