Caretaker

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Waverley School, Birmingham, BP 5QA. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times: Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm What will you deliver? 
Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services within the Schools, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.
