Cargo Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that 1Aviation's Mission, Vision and Values are achieved.
• Promotes and ensure compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard base on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
• Ensures that shippers comply with the prescribed procedures and required documents before shipment is accepted for carriage.
• Inspects packaging and acceptability of outgoing cargoes.
• Checks completeness of Shipper's Advice and Certificate of Contents (SACC).
• Issues air waybill to cover every shipment, describing completely and accurately the contents of the package and its applicable weight (actual and volumetric).
• Weigh and measures dimension of outgoing cargoes.
• Collects applicable charges/fees and issue Official receipts.
• Prepares closed out report for all transactions handled and remits to Lead Cargo agent ...
