Cargo Operations Executive

AVS GSA Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of ECS Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Cargo Sales Manager to join its dynamic team in Penang, Malaysia. With more than 10 years of presence in Malaysia, AVS proudly represents 10 international airlines delivering high quality cargo airline representation and service excellence to the Malaysia airfreight industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning pre-flight operations and supervision of cargo submission and build up, a key liaison personnel with the GHA ensuring seamless uplift of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning Pre-flight operations.
• Supervising cargo build-up and submission.
• Monitoring airside operations duty
• Post Flight Operation Duty - ensure FBL sent to GHA on timely manner.
• Daily checking of pre-flight booking status accurately updated on timely manner
• Monitoring and assisting customers on Inbound /Outbound inquiries....
