**Summary:**

Assist with the packaging, marking, labeling, documenting, and moving all USAP material from McMurdo Station to outlying field locations, the United States, and other international destinations.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Is responsible for ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace

+ Safely operates material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts 4,000-15000 lbs. capacities), passenger vans, and pick-up trucks

+ Receives and delivers science and technical event cargo

+ Responsible for accurately processing outgoing shipments, ensuring all participants meet packaging, marking, labeling, and documentation requirements

+ Responsible for identifying and safely handling dangerous goods

+ Tracks intracontinental using a scanner linked to Maximo

+ Coordinates with Grantees, ASC Workcenters, other USAP Agencies, and the U.S. Military to move mission-critical material on ...
