Cargo Sales Assistant Manager

The Cargo Sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading, planning and managing the cargo sales/operations under a Cargo GSA set up for the represented airline/s including revenue, market share and contribution targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the GSA Leadership/ Management and airline Principal to manage and implement the sales and marketing strategies in line with the airline's requirements
Recommend and implement approved sales strategies and processes to fill up available cargo capacity per flight and grow business .
Submit on-time reports to the stakeholders / management/ airline represented.
Maintain a positive and proactive approach to clients/customers including build up of more customers (ie. mainly Freight Forwarders).
Monitor the changing market conditions and recommend business strategies to address market challenges for present and for the future
