Carpenter

Balanced Earth is a Byron Bay-based sustainable building team dedicated to crafting healthy,

low-impact spaces using hempcrete, rammed earth and natural materials that respect both

people and the planet. We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our crew, responsible for

constructing, installing and repairing timber structures and fittings across our innovative

build sites. This role will be a key point of contact on site, managing day-to-day queries,

addressing delays and challenges, and upholding the high standards of quality, safety and

sustainability that define our work.

Location: Byron Bay, NSW

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on the skills and experience)

Role: Full-time
