HEB Construction’s Civil Bay of Plenty team is looking for a skilled Carpenter / Leading Hand to join our growing crew. This role supports a wide range of heavy civil construction projects, including structures, roading, drainage, retaining walls, concrete works and general civil site carpentry.

What You’ll Be Doing
Formwork, falsework and boxing for concrete pours
Installing timber structures, retaining walls, and civil carpentry components
Assisting with concrete pours, finishing and general construction support
Supporting site setup, traffic management, and daily civil tasks
Reading plans and working with Supervisors...
