Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Swindon and the surrounding areas.

This is a mobile role covering Swindon, Salisbury, Gloucester, Witney, Banbury and Bicester, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.
Completing both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks including doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and general woodwork repairs.
Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required...
