Location: All across Maidstone/Kent, occasionally across to Essex

£180 - £200 per day self-employed + £50 per week fuel.

On-going self-employed position, with a view to go permanent.

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Kent.

This is an on-going temporary contract with a view to go permanent if things work well.

Main duties include:

Carpenter / Plumber duties

Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix)

Plastering & patch plastering

Painting & decorating

General building maintenance

FlooringSocial housing experience and building services experience are essential for this position, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
