Job Purpose 
To maintain and repair all furniture in the hotels and public areas on complex. Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings of complex. 
Qualifications Formal Qualifications 
Minimum: 
Grade 12 
Minimum Requirements Prior Experience 
Minimum: 
Completion of recognised apprenticeship, 5 years post apprenticeship experience. 
Main Resposibilites Repairing of furniture and fittings 
To carry out planned preventive maintenance of furniture, fittings on the complex 
Manage installations and compliance 
General
