Carpenter

Our maintenance client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. The Maintenance Carpenter will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and structural integrity of facilities, including buildings, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. The Maintenance Carpenter will work in conjunction with our maintenance team and report to the Facilities Manager. 
 
Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform carpentry repairs, installation, and maintenance on campus buildings and structures, including walls, doors, floors, windows, ceilings, and roofs 

• Install and maintain furniture, shelving, and other fixtures in classrooms, offices, apartments and other spaces 

• Repair and install drywall, patch holes, and apply plaster or other finishing materials as needed
