Carpenter/Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery

Operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently

Cut materials accurately according to cutting lists and drawings

Perform high-quality on-site installations

Lead small teams and ensure daily progress is made

Maintain communication with project and production teams

Ensure the workshop is clean, organised, and safe

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines

Keep and update a register of tools and company equipment

(If applicable) Assist with spray painting and surface finishing

Requirements:

3+ years carpentry or cabinet-making experience

Trade test certificate for Carpentry

Able to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists

Computer literate (email, PDFs, drawings, spreadsheets)

Operate panel saws and woodworking machinery accurately
