Carpenter/Tømrer for Bergen

About the Role

You will work on residential and commercial construction projects under Norwegian site standards. The position is suitable for tradespeople with solid hands on carpentry experience who are ready to relocate to Norway and integrate into a professional construction team.

Main Duties

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Framing and basic load bearing structures: build walls, floors and ceilings according to instructions
• Roof structures: rafters, trusses and roof boarding following site plans
• Exterior cladding, battens and basic sealing Insulation and vapour barrier installation according to Norwegian standards (TEK17)
• Installation of doors, windows and stairs including fitting and sealing
• Plasterboard (gipsplater) installation on walls and ceilings
• Accurate measuring, marking and cutting of materials
