Carpentry Manager

Overview

Responsible for managing all carpentry operations in the woodwork factory to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise carpenters and ensure work follows shop drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily tasks and monitor production progress.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality and safety.
• Solve technical issues and support the team during fabrication and assembly.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office, CNC team, and Project team.
• Control materials, reduce waste, and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in joinery/carpentry, including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of wood fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
