Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on training for workers on the safe and effective use of carpentry tools (power tools, hand tools, saws, drills, etc.)
- Conduct skill assessments and verify worker competency
- Provide refresher training and corrective coaching as needed
- Complete documentation of assessments, training records, and compliance requirements
