About the Role
Join us as an Operations / Account Management and play a key role in supporting the integrations that power our benefits technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, operations, and partner coordination, and who takes pride in ensuring systems run accurately and efficiently behind the scenes.
As a Carrier Connections & Operations Support , you will focus primarily on carrier connectivity work (approximately 75%), while also supporting broader implementation and operational needs (approximately 25%). You'll help ensure seamless enrollments, accurate data exchanges, and timely issue resolution by collaborating closely with internal teams and external carrier partners. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and excellent organizational skills.
