Carrier Payable Support

Under close supervision, the position is responsible for reviewing and approving invoices from third party vendors, suppliers, customers and/or carriers. This position will also monitor the day-to-day workflow of the FOA.

Advanced English required

Bachelor degree related

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: $15,000 MXN per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Work through a high volume of loads daily to complete the assigned queues each week
• Solve and address the root causes of missing paperwork and reference numbers in relation to carriers by working with others inside the company to come up with solutions to resolve ongoing issues
