Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Build & Manage Carrier Relationships
• Develop and maintain a dependable portfolio of FTL dry van and reefer carriers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Secure Reliable Capacity
• Source and secure capacity daily from trusted carriers to support customer freight demand.
• Negotiate Rates & Terms
• Achieve competitive cost structures while meeting company margin goals and maintaining carrier loyalty.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams
• Communicate carrier availability and market changes with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor Markets & Solve Problems
• Stay ahead of industry capacity trends and pricing fluctuations. Proactively address delays, service issues, or disruptions.
