Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Build & Manage Carrier Relationships
Develop and maintain a dependable portfolio of FTL dry van and reefer carriers, serving as their primary point of contact.
Secure Reliable Capacity
Source and secure capacity daily from trusted carriers to support customer freight demand.
Negotiate Rates & Terms
Achieve competitive cost structures while meeting company margin goals and maintaining carrier loyalty.
Collaborate with Internal Teams
Communicate carrier availability and market changes with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor Markets & Solve Problems
Stay ahead of industry capacity trends and pricing fluctuations. Proactively address delays, service issues, or disruptions.
Drive Efficiency & Performance
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes while meeting outbound activity expectations.
