• Provide and negotiate rates ensuring profitability using carrier database
• Coordinate available carriers with freight flow from direct clients
• Communicate with carriers and resolve issues
• Provide high quality follow up customer service and transit monitoring
• Seek out potential new clients and introduce company capacity for sales opportunities
