• SOLID managerial level experience in Airlines & port operations
• Strong networking, communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of IT/Technology Applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Align Carrier Supervisor with management directives and provide overall direction to the Carrier Management team.
• Support NCR Deputy Division Head in ensuring cost-efficient carrier utilization, including rate negotiations.
• Coordinate with divisions on port fee payments, Airline credit funding, and compliance with air and sea freight processes.
• Work with Deputy Head and provincial/regional managers to ensure consistent, on-time cargo retrieval.
