Cartage / Transport Coordinator

This International Freight Forwarder located in Botany is seeking an experienced Cartage/Transport Coordinator to join their team. In the role you will be responsible for processing deliveries for all airfreight, LCL and FCL shipments. You must have international freight forwarding experience to be considered for this role. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivery co-ordination for LCL, FCL & Airfreight shipments
• Checking SCA/ACA and clearance status
• Interaction with Customs, AQIS, transport companies, unpack depots, clients and internal departments
• Updating information & POD's in the operating system
• Ensuring documentation and cargo release information is complete and correct
• Providing reports on delivery outcomes
• Process freight charges, issue order, manage end of month billing and invoicing
