CASA functional SME experience with implementation Exposure  
15+ yrs / 10+ years on CASA systems (explicit years, roles, banks/clients, projects) 
Core Banking / CASA platform implementation; current & savings accounts; DDA; product/process expertise; vendor package implementation 
Business analysis + solution design + integration + implementation; multi-year transformation; functional lead/SME 

 
Business analysis & requirements ownership end-to-end  
Requirements gathering workshops; functional requirements; traceability; user stories/FRD; sign-offs
