Position Overview
The Case Coordinator provides holistic, Christ-centered care to patients and families receiving medical treatment through Faith Aid's Compassion Funds. This role combines elements of social work, patient advocacy, care coordination, financial stewardship, and spiritual support.
The Case Coordinator walks closely with vulnerable patients and caregivers through their medical journey, helping meet practical needs while offering emotional and spiritual encouragement. This position serves as a bridge between families, hospital staff, and the Faith Aid ministry team, ensuring each patient is treated with dignity, compassion, accountability, and consistency.
