Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore for a Case Handler. The Case Handler will be responsible for managing client cases, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring all documentation is completed according to immigration requirements. The role also involves corresponding with clients to provide updates and support, conducting case research, and coordinating with relevant authorities or third parties to facilitate smooth processing.
Qualifications
Strong case management, organizational, and administrative skills
Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues
