We are seeking a motivated Case Management Officer to manage and resolve labor andunion-related matters. You will ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in full compliance with labor laws, CBAs, and company policies—helping maintain fair and productive workplace relations.

What You’ll Do

• Handle employee and union-related disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Represent the company in labor courts, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings.
• Support CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) negotiations and ensure proper interpretation of its terms.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to resolve cases and maintain compliance.
• Monitor labor law updates and advise management on their implications.
