Job Description:

The Case Management & Fraud Associate is responsible for investigating, managing, and resolving logistics-related cases involving claims, disputes, losses, damages, and potential fraudulent activity. This role supports risk mitigation efforts by analyzing shipping data, identifying irregularities, and coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate case resolution and fraud prevention.

Qualifications:

• Open, track, and manage logistics cases related to shipment discrepancies, claims, chargebacks, losses, and service failures
• Identify potential fraudulent activity related to shipments, claims, billing, or returns
• Focus on investigation and determining liable regions for (loss, delay, damage)
• Verified shipment details, waybills, and compliance requirements for

secure and efficient handling.
