**Position Summary**
This supervisor is responsible for up to 14 case managers which includes behavioral health case managers. They provide oversight to ensure member needs are met by auditing cases, providing direction, and reviewing cases with their staff. Supervisors conduct individual and team meetings, audit documentation and key measurements of each case manager and work to effectively manage their team for success.
