About the Role
Join the Bay of Plenty Addiction Service (BOPAS) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of whai ora experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges. As a Case Manager within the community addictions team, you will provide assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support from a harm reduction perspective, working alongside whai ora to achieve the recovery goals. This role offers diverse and rewarding work across hospital and community settings, supporting individuals through every stage of their recovery journey.
