Case Manager

The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) Metro Boston Erich Lindemann Site is seeking a Human Services Coordinator I (HSC) with strong attributes in the Human Services field to work in the Greater Boston Area. The successful candidate for this position will work with adults who have been determined to be eligible for DMH services. The core function of this position is to help individuals maintain their stability in the community, provide resources, crisis stabilization and assist with assessment of their mental health needs and psychiatric services. *_Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):_* · Implements creative engagement strategies, including regularly scheduled face-to-face contact, in accordance with the needs of the individual, family, and community providers.
